This service is intended for urgent lighting issues that occur outside of our normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).
Please note that while our technicians will make every effort to diagnose and address the issue, resolution is not guaranteed on the first visit. No refunds will be issued if the issue cannot be resolved during the initial service call.
Before submitting payment, we strongly recommend checking your electrical breakers and any GFI outlets, as many issues can be resolved through these basic troubleshooting steps.
