After-Hours Emergency Service

Service Scope

Service performed outside normal business hours
(Normal hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Includes travel and one (1) hour of labor
Additional labor billed as needed
$200 per hour
Most common issues are simple and may not require a service visit
(Breaker resets or GFI outlet resets)
Issue resolution is not guaranteed on the first visit

After‑Hours Emergency Service Call

This service is intended for urgent lighting issues that occur outside of our normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Please note that while our technicians will make every effort to diagnose and address the issue, resolution is not guaranteed on the first visit. No refunds will be issued if the issue cannot be resolved during the initial service call.

Before submitting payment, we strongly recommend checking your electrical breakers and any GFI outlets, as many issues can be resolved through these basic troubleshooting steps.
